Workshop policy
What is your refund policy? I offer a full refund for workshop bookings if I am notified at least 48 hours in advance of the start time. This allows me enough time to offer the seat to someone on the waiting list.
What happens if I need to cancel last minute (less than 48 hours)? If you are within the 48-hour window, I am unable to offer a refund as the materials and frame have already been prepared for you. However, your ticket is fully transferable—you are welcome to send a friend in your place! Just send me a quick email to let me know their name.
What if the workshop is cancelled? In the unlikely event that I have to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund immediately.
Store policies
Returns & Exchanges (Original Art) All original artwork is final sale. Due to the delicate nature of raw canvas and mixed media, I cannot accept returns. I provide high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions to ensure you feel confident in your choice. If you have questions about a piece, please contact me before purchasing.
Refunds for Physical Goods If you purchase non-original items (such as prints or merchandise, if applicable), you have 14 days from receipt to request a return for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please email me at hello@jasmyncheng.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged box and the piece. I will prioritize finding a solution for you.
Shipping & fulfillment
Domestic Shipping (Netherlands): Standard shipping is complimentary on all original works within the Netherlands. Orders are fully insured, tracked, and dispatched within 5-7 business days using protective packaging.
International Shipping (By Inquiry Only): To ensure full compliance with international courier regulations, proper packaging standards (including the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), and safe physical transit, international shipping is handled on a custom-quote basis.
How to Order from Abroad: If you reside outside the Netherlands and wish to acquire an original piece, please email hello@jasmyncheng.com with the title of the artwork and your shipping destination. You will receive a tailored shipping quote (including transit options and custom crating/packaging specifications) along with a private checkout link.
Customs, Taxes & Import Duties: International shipments may be subject to local VAT, customs processing, or import taxes levied by your destination country. Hand-painted original fine art generally enters many non-EU destinations (including the United States) duty-free under standard tariff classifications, but any local administrative fees or taxes assessed at import remain the responsibility of the buyer.
