Workshop policy
What is your refund policy? I offer a full refund for workshop bookings if I am notified at least 48 hours in advance of the start time. This allows me enough time to offer the seat to someone on the waiting list.
What happens if I need to cancel last minute (less than 48 hours)? If you are within the 48-hour window, I am unable to offer a refund as the materials and frame have already been prepared for you. However, your ticket is fully transferable—you are welcome to send a friend in your place! Just send me a quick email to let me know their name.
What if the workshop is cancelled? In the unlikely event that I have to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund immediately.
Store & Shipping policies
Returns & Exchanges (Original Art) All original artwork is final sale. Due to the delicate nature of raw canvas and mixed media, I cannot accept returns. I provide high-resolution photos and detailed descriptions to ensure you feel confident in your choice. If you have questions about a piece, please contact me before purchasing.
Refunds for Physical Goods If you purchase non-original items (such as prints or merchandise, if applicable), you have 14 days from receipt to request a return for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please email me at hello@jasmyncheng.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged box and the piece. I will prioritize finding a solution for you.
